Payment by check or cash:
Parents can pay by check or cash to the cafeteria manager at most cafeterias. We recommend a payment that ensures enough funds are in the student’s account for at least two weeks of meals. Please call your school cafeteria manager to determine if cash payment is allowed.
Online payments are the most efficient. An online account allows you to view your student’s balance and transactions.
For convenience, we offer several online payment options for parents. Parents can make a single payment for one or more students at any time. (An online payment for one or more students will be charged a processing fee.)
Parents can also set up automatic payments. These payments – for one or more students – can be triggered weekly, monthly, or when the account balance goes below a preset minimum. Parents can stop automatic payments at any time, or they can schedule a date on which automatic payments will stop.
Parents can also set up their student’s account to send them an email when the account balance goes below a preset value.
