Each school cafeteria has a Food Service Manager who is in charge of its operation and administration. To be a Food Service Manager you must either have certification from the state of Louisiana as a certified cafeteria manager, have verifiable food service management experience or be a graduate of a Dietary management program and be willing and able to complete our Manager-In-Training program. You must possess advanced computer skills with solid school cafeteria or other dietary management experience. Enjoy a weekday position with summers off.
