School Food and Nutrition Services (SFNS) offers two options for students who require meal modifications for the 2026-2027:

1. Medical Meal Modification
   For students with food allergies, intolerances, or disabilities.
   • Requires completion of the Medical Meal Modification form
   • Must be signed by a licensed medical provider
2. Non-Medical Meal Modification
   For students with dietary preferences related to cultural, religious, or personal reasons.
   • Requires completion of the Non-Medical Meal Modification form
   • May be signed by a parent or guardian
